  • Please refer to the event page on our website for essential information specific to the event such as seating, age suitability, catering information etc.
  • Further essential information regarding your event will be sent to you closer to the time. Please contact our box office should you have any further questions regarding the event you have booked for. 
  • Theatr Mwldan's usual ticketing terms and conditions also apply to Cardigan Castle events.

 

Can't print your tickets?

No printer? No problem – you may also use your booking displayed on your mobile phone to gain entry to this event. Alternatively, our box office can print your tickets for you.

 

ID

Please bring along a form of ID for identification purposes and proof of status if you have booked tickets at a concessionary rate.

 

Your transaction:

If you have paid for your booking online this transaction will be debited to your bank account and will appear under the transaction name 'www.mwldan.co.uk'.

Seat Numbers
Seat for events in Theatr Mwldan auditoriums are allocated (so you will have a seat number and will be expected to sit in those seats). Our online booking system allows you to select your own seats. If you wish to change your seats after you have confirmed your booking or have any special requirements please contact our box office on 01239 621200 and we will do our best to accommodate you. Your seat numbers are clearly shown on your tickets. Please speak to a member of staff on arrival should you require assistance.

 

Our policy on photography and recordings

Patrons must not take photographs, video or audio recordings of any kind. 

Mwldan can accept no responsibility for any loss due to the cancellation of any programme or event.

Start times:

Please remember to check the event date and time on your tickets. 

All performances begin at their advertised scheduled performance time - please note that no refunds can be given for customers who miss parts of performance due to late arrival.  

Latecomers will be admitted at a suitable point in the programme. 

We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes prior to the start of your performance or event in order to give yourself plenty of time to collect your tickets and relax ready to enjoy your visit.

Exchanges and refunds:

If for any reason you find you are unable to make the performance or screening you have booked seats for, your tickets can be returned up to seven days in advance of a performance, and we will issue you with a full credit note. Alternatively, we can exchange your tickets for a more suitable performance of the same show or film, if available, or, in the event of a full house, we will do our best to re-sell your tickets for you (although this cannot be guaranteed). 

PLEASE NOTE - we do not offer refunds on our events co-promoted with Cardigan Castle.
