Book Online

Book online in advance using your credit or debit card, 24 hours a day.    Use our What’s On pages to find the event you want and follow the straightforward on-screen instructions.  You can view the seating plan and the online booking system will offer you the best seats available for that particular show or screening.  When payment has been confirmed, you will receive an e-mail containing a unique reference number, which is confirmation that your tickets have been booked.  Please either print out the e-mail or write down the reference number as you will need to show it to us when you collect your tickets from the Box Office as well as giving your name and address and proof of status / age / student ID etc. for concessions.

NB.  Should you have special requirements, for example wheelchair access, please call the Box Office on 01239 621200 with your request (Box Office Opening Times are 10am – 8pm daily).   Online booking for events closes within ten minutes of the start time of a show.

Yes, you can still speak to a real person!  You can make payment over the telephone using your debit or credit card. We have an answer phone service outside of office hours and during busy periods front of house when we are unable to come to the phone.  If you get the answer phone, please leave your name and number and we will call you back. 

If you are travelling a long way specifically to come to us, please do not set out until we have returned your call and confirmed that seats are available.

Book using your Smart Phone

You can now book and pay for your tickets using your mobile simply by visiting our website address on your phone. You may use the booking reference on yor phone to gain access on the door to the event you have booked for in place of physical tickets.

Book In Person

Book in person at Theatr Mwldan’s front desk.  Cash, cheque, debit/credit card accepted.

Book By Post

When booking by post, you might want to call us to make a reservation first.  Please pay by cheque (payable to Theatr Mwldan) and enclose a note with your name, address, telephone number, how many tickets you need and the name, date and time of the event you wish to book for.  Please enclose a stamped addressed envelope if you require us to post tickets out to you, unless you would like us to retain them for collection.
