Creativity, arts and culture are in Cardigan's DNA. Mwldan is at its heart. A vibrant centre for the arts, and an independent, registered charity, we've been celebrating the local and the global since 1983. With a vibrant year-round programme of live performances and a diverse film programme across our three screens, we welcome over 250,000 people a year through our doors here in Cardigan, with many more experiencing our work through our touring productions and recorded releases worldwide.

Aberteifi Live collective are partnering with the Eisteddfod to present a free programme of music at the Castle to celebrate 850 years since the first ever Eisteddfod was held at Cardigan Castle.

Aberteifi Live is a collective made up of Mwldan, Fflach, Small World Theatre, The Cellar and Grain. Bringing great music to Cardigan. Aberteifi Live’s inaugural festival takes place this Autumn 30-31 October.

Gŵyl ABERTEIFI LIVE Festival Announced for 2026 While Other Voices Cardigan Takes a Fallow Year

Gŵyl ABERTEIFI LIVE festival launches this year 30-31 October. Sad to announce that Other Voices Cardigan won’t be happening in 2026. We’re working on bringing the festival back in future years… BUT the big news is that we’ll be keeping the spirit alive this October with our first Gŵyl ABERTEIFI LIVE festival in venues across the town.
