    Live Events:
Seats for live events may be reserved without payment but will only be held for you for 7 days after which time they will be released for resale. Payment must be made immediately for bookings within 7 days of a show.
    Cinema:
Reservations without payment are not possible for cinema performances.
    Live shows:
Children aged 2 and under do not require a ticket, however they will not be allocated their own seat and will need to sit on the lap of their accompanying adult. Occasionally we have live events that carry an age guidance provided by the producers, please take note of this before you consider attending.
Please be considerate of your fellow audience members should your child become unsettled during a show or screening. Film screenings:
Babies and children aged 2 and under do not require a ticket, however they will not be allocated their own seat and will need to sit on the lap of their accompanying adult. Please note that the age certification still applies, so children under the age of 2 can only be admitted into U, PG or 12A certified films. Parental discretion is always advised as some younger children may be more sensitive than others to a film's content. Further advice can be found on the BBFC website bbfc.co.uk
We do not offer refunds, however, if for any reason you are unable to make a performance or screening you have booked for, your tickets can be returned up to seven days in advance of a performance and we will issue you with a full credit note which will be valid for 24 months from the date of issue.
We can also exchange your tickets for a more suitable performance of the same show or film, or in the event of a full house we will do our best to re-sell your tickets for you (although this cannot be guaranteed).
You must notify the box office at least 7 days in advance of the event to return tickets for exchange or credit. You can do this via telephone at 01239 621 200  or by email boxoffice@mwldan.co.uk. We regret that we cannot issue exchanges or credits once the date has passed if you haven’t notified us in advance.
We understand that being late can be unavoidable at times. However, to minimize disturbance to the performers and audience, you may be asked to wait until a convenient moment in the show before being allowed in. It is important to note that some productions do not allow latecomers, so please plan accordingly and leave plenty of time to avoid disappointment.
In the event of a sell-out, we frequently offer a waiting list. Any tickets returned will be reallocated to names on our waiting list on a first-come, first-served basis. Please contact our box office to be added to a waiting list.
The seating plan will be shown during the booking process. You can also see our seating plans here:
If we (Mwldan) or the event promoter has cancelled or postponed a date you are entitled to a full refund, or the option to move your tickets to the new date.
We offer gift vouchers in different denominations. You can buy these in person at our Box Office or you can also book these gift vouchers online and send them directly to a friend.
Gift/credit vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. If any product purchased with a voucher is exchanged or refunded, any money owing will be added to the balance on the gift/credit voucher. Gift vouchers are valid for two years from date of purchase.
Guide Dogs and Accredited Assistance Dogs are welcome in our building. If you would like to bring your assistance dog into a screening or event please let our box office know on booking, or contact us on boxoffice@mwldan.co.uk / 01239 621 200.
